Things to do in Grenada

BEACHES: There are around forty five spectacular beaches in Grenada. All the beaches are public property, which implies that anybody and everybody has access to it. The most popular beach is the Grand Anse Beach, with two miles of sparkling white sand and a sheltered bay. For people who are looking for some peace and quiet, there are number of smaller and more secluded beaches like the Morne Rouge beach. There are also a few beaches that have specialized water sports services.  

ATTRACTIONS: Grenada, also known as the ‘Island of Spice’ has a lot to offer to tourists. For all nature lovers, there are a number of beautiful waterfalls and rivers, since Grenada is a mountainous island. One of the most popular waterfalls is the Seven Sisters Falls in Grand Etang National Park. There are a number of water sports one may try out, including scuba diving and snorkelling. 

SHOPPING: There are number of modern malls across the island, as well as little boutiques that sell unique stuff. Shopping here is a wonderful experience with so much to choose from. The most famous shopping destination has to be the Arawak Islands that produces beautiful perfumes, colognes, soaps and herbal teas. 

NIGHTLIFE: Grenada has a pretty happening nightlife. Most hotels have live music every night where people dance the night away. Fantazia2001 is one of the best nightclubs in Grenada. 

DINING: Grenada is famous for its nutmeg ice cream. It has an enormous number of fining dining options available. Restaurants like Blue Bay Resort are perfect for couples, while larger groups consisting of youngsters should visit places like the Coconut Beach French Creole restaurant. The Morne Fendue Plantation House is a strikingly popular place to eat since Ronald Reagan has once eaten here.
